Hotel Castelnor exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff who ensured my check-in process was seamless. The hotel itself was a true gem, combining modern elegance with a cozy mountain lodge atmosphere. The rooms were tastefully decorated, providing a cozy sanctuary to unwind after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. Every detail had been carefully considered to create a tranquil and comfortable environment. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's amazing spa. Situated amidst the serene mountainous landscape, the spa offered a range of luxurious facilities that left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed, like indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, wet and dry sauna and more other. The spa's tranquil ambiance truly added to the overall experience, allowing me to unwind and escape from the stresses of everyday life. The dining options at the hotel were equally impressive. The restaurant served a variety of delectable dishes, prepared with the highest quality ingredients. The menu showcased both local and international cuisine, providing a culinary experience that satisfied even the most discerning palate. Additionally, the attentive and friendly staff made dining an absolute pleasure, ensuring my needs were met and providing excellent recommendations. The hotel's location on Paltinis Mountain was truly idyllic. Overall, my stay at this 4-star hotel on Paltinis Mountain with its incredible spa was a truly unforgettable experience. The combination of impeccable service, luxurious amenities, and stunning natural surroundings created a haven of relaxation and indulgence. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a perfect blend of mountain adventure and pampering retreat.

Location - close to ski slope, you can walk. Parking - on the property. Room - not big, not small, enought place to move. Large balcony. New decent furniture. Most important - bed. Good quality matress, healty( for ppl with back pains). Impressed by the winter decorations- nice touch. Breakfast - included - enought options, good. Dinner- nice options. Restaurant - pleasant. We had the first snow of the year. All the cars under a lot of snow. Personelle mobilised to help with the snow big time. They've done 90% of the work. Special note - mr Radu at reception, bar, restaurant & parking. Who has not one should buy one.

Great view from the balcony. We went there during the summer during weekdays and their restaurant was the only one open in Paltinis and the food was good. Everything was perfect.

Quality of the facilities, quiet location, very nice spa/swimming pool. Very close to sky resort Paltinis. It is better than many other 5* hotels I have ever visited in the past. I would rather qualify the ”pensiunea” as a 5* boutique hotel. I have appreciated especially, the ”green energy” utilised

Amazing place, fabulous spa, hot tub, sauna and massage. Also food was delicious and service 10++.
