The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were welcomed from the first moment at the reception with a warm heart and we got all the information we needed. Given the fact that my mother (88 y.o.) had birthday, we got as a gift one day free access at the Spa centre. We opted for demi-pension (breakfast and dinner included) and we were amazed by the diversity of the offer for both meals. The room (family room) was modern and spacious and we had a large balcony facing the little spa town. For us it was a memorable stay and most of all we were impressed by the warm-hearted and professional approach of all the staff at the hotel: reception, restaurants, spa centre. Thank you, we hope to come back soon!

Our stay here was just perfect. The rooms we had (2 rooms) were very spacious, super clean and comfortable. Our balcony faced the road (not a busy road) and forest, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watch the world go by. The staff is super friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again.

The room was spacious, warm, bathroom had the usual facilities. Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable. There is a common kitchen with all kind of equippment you should need. Location from city centre is quite good. Villa has their own private parking area.
