The hotel is located on the beach (their own), which is very comfortable. The sea and the beach are perfect, soft silky sand with some stones on the bottom (it didn´t bother us at all). The hotel is lying in the hotel area but you can walk about 7 minutes to the market place with some shops and restaurants. Busses and taxi can take you to Alanya. The staff is very considerate and friendly! Thank you very much ! The food is delicious, a great variety of dishes with the Turkish character, meat, fish, various vegetables, deserts, fruit. I recommend to drink Ayran (salted yoghurt) which was served in the sea bar - very refreshing in the hot weather. We really appreciated all! There is a pool, but we didn`t use it - preferred the beach.

Excellent service from bar staff particularly Irem and Isack and the staff at the restaurant. Polite professional and attentive service. Excellent food choices with different foods all the time. Themed nights at the restaurant. The Animation team was good but the events left a bit to be desired albeit a lot of effort was being put in. Apparently they get an agency to send acts along and often these are not to standard. Also they only last for an hour. At times there was music at the lobby bar. With excellent and mostly talented musicians. The sister hotel next door is bigger and more crowded, we found. So we were happy that we were at this hotel as one can still use the bars at the other hotel (not restaurants) We ate at the fish restaurant (at the other hotel) a couple of times. It's a small fee of 100 TL (LESS than 5 quid ) to eat there.and the food is a set menu with excellent fish choices and good service. We also booked a massage package and I will recommend this as it was brilliant .. they aren't pushy and will promote a good value package to include massages and Turkish Hamam. We met a very friendly lady there named Natia. So if you speak to her she speaks a bit of English Georgian and Russian . The beach is private and set in what can be described as an alcove ....so very feeble waves (if any at all ) The pool is large and lots of sunbeds and tables around. Be sure to take part in the dart games if you are that way inclined .. it was a fun afternoon (when we did do it). All in all it was a very relaxing holiday and we enjoyed it thoroughly

All the facilities are as described. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooftop pool and deck are peaceful and stunning. Buffet breakfast has a large selection of options. You are not going to see full English. Towels for the pool and beach can be collected at any time.
