The staff was so great and assisted me with everything needed! Gabriel and Isis were amazing and felt a real warm welcoming! They elevated my experience and felt so happy to book at this hotel! The room was very cozy and there was so much space as well. I absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is located in a very safe and modern area, with various restaurants nearby by the canal. The hotel has a nice pool, although I wish the water was warmer and that it was positioned more in the sun, as it gets shaded in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the front pool, located at the entrance of the hotel, was not accessible to all guests, which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very kind and understanding. They even made sure I could check into my room earlier than the standard check-in time. Overall, a great experience!

Situated in Buenos Aires, within 1.7 km of Recoleta Cemetery and 1.3 km of Colon Theater, Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires MGallery provides free WiFi. Beautiful upscale hotel in central location in Recoleta, within walking distance to Recoleta Cemetery. Rooms with balconies overlooking the small park across the street were stunning. Breakfast was delicious and included a separate menu in addition to the extensive buffet. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Our stay was beyond extraordinary, entirely due to Diego, The Palladio’s incredible concierge! I began working with Diego in June, nearly 5 months before our arrival. He was friendly and extremely efficient in booking our tickets to Teatro Colon, the Thelonious Jazz Club, and Aljibe Tango Show, as well as a special private tango lesson for our daughter and her boyfriend. When Argentina’s ground transportation union workers went on strike and our flight was cancelled the day we were supposed to arrive, Diego was indispensable in helping me through a very stressful situation. And once we finally arrived, we were treated with room upgrades, compliments of Diego! He and the entire Palladio staff provided exceptional service to my whole family. I wish every hotel we stay at could have Diego as our constant impeccable concierge, to make all of our trips as extraordinary and memorable as our stay at The Palladio. He anticipated our every need. Thank you, Diego!!! This is the 2nd MGallery Hotel that we’ve stayed at (also Hotel Perle d'Orient Cat Ba in Cat Ba Island, Vietnam), and both were so outstanding and beyond our expectations, that we will now look specifically for MGallery Hotels on all of our future trips!
