With only five rooms, it’s peaceful, intimate, and perfect for couples seeking a quiet and refined escape. From the room, the view over the century-old vineyard with the snow-capped Andes in the background is simply breathtaking—the true highlight of the stay. The chef prepares incredible traditional Mendocinian dishes, full of flavor and beautifully presented. Enjoying that food while looking out at the Andes is an experience in itself. I would return without hesitation.
