The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Wonderful staff at Waldhotel, especially those in the restaurant are very attentive to our needs and requests. Excellent food at Verbena restaurant, both in terms of quality, taste and presentation. It started to snow the day we arrived. The Burgenstock turned into a winter wonderland with spectacular views. Great spa. It was a treat to appreciate the snow falling while enjoying the hot outdoor pool:-) Free tickets for the furnicular and boat to Lucerne was a plus.

The rooms are fitted with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find free toiletries and a hairdryer. Amazing dinner, very high quality in a cozy room with excellent service. Good breakfast. Amazing view.

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Very pleasing decor tastefully done. Functionality very well appointed. We got everything that we needed. 5 min walk to bus stop. Excellent place for a family vacation with small children. 💙
