The breakfast was excellent, and the late-night snacks were a really nice touch. Don’t skip the black honey tea in the minibar — it’s absolutely lovely. The staff were super helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist, which made the stay even more comfortable. The laundry service was very efficient, with everything returned within one day. I also loved the amenities, especially the diffuser. The deep sleep pillow was so comfortable that I even purchased one to bring back home with me. If you experience any air-conditioning or heating issues in your room, there’s no need to worry. The staff are quick to assist and will help resolve the issue or arrange a room change if needed. Overall, it’s definitely worth it for a vacation. Highly recommended for family and friends trips. I would happily stay here again.
