La Curadiña - Encuentro Surf Resort ligger i Cabarete, 5 minutters gang fra Playa Encuentro Strand, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en have og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. It was a super calming environment, very quiet at night along with a big cosy bed meant I got the best nights sleep. The room was very spacious and so was the shower. The breakfast was also tasty and a much needed pick-me-up after surfing in the morning (which is only a 5 minute walk away). Ruben is very hospitable and accommodating, he made me feel very welcome during my stay. Probably my favourite stay after being in the DR for 5 weeks. Had such a good time I extended my stay twice.
