Comfortable Accommodations: Bob W Arte in Madrid offers 4-star aparthotel accommodations with free WiFi, air-conditioning, and private bathrooms. Each unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, and modern amenities. The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

Breakfast was excellent and i really appreciated the staff in the restaurant, the food, and general organisation of the breakfast buffet. All the staff in the lobby was very polite and helpful from the doorman to the reception clerks. Rooms are quiet, elevators are plenty and fast, and the view from the rooftop is amazing.
