We had an exceptional stay at the Riverside Inn in December on our visit to Ludlow and the surrounding area. Our stay in one of the garden lodges was delightful; the lodge was clean, bright and well-equipped and we had a fabulous nights sleep. The location is stunning, and we truly appreciated their commitment to sustainability and ethical sourcing. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the beans, and we enjoyed dinner on both evenings so we could try out as many of the menu items as possible! The food and hospitality were among the best we've experienced in recent years.

The warm welcome, the thoughtful touches and added extras in the room, fresh local milk for our morning coffee,local produce available in the room and at breakfast.The breakfast was generous and delicious. Quiet, pretty Location great for walking into the town and a lovely garden.

A little slice of heaven in beautiful countryside, if your looking for total relaxation off grid, this is the place, excellent communication with host, the information booklet in the hut is very useful, spotlessly clean, comy bed and everything you need is there, from plates, kitchen utensils, towels, toilet tissue etc, we will definitely be returning later in the summer.

The whole place is outstanding, great facilities, super clean, the beds are the best! Perfect also for my mobility issue with a downstairs bedroom and a walk-in shower it was perfect! Overall, it's just an absolute stunning place to stay. The owners have been amazing throughout. Nothing was too much. We loved the local pub (the temple bar). All the locals were very welcoming in there, and the food was stunning. We would definitely return, we stayed here as my husband and cousin were booked in the oldfield Forge, which was 16 minutes away so staying here was perfect..

Wye Nest er et 4-stjernet overnatningssted med gratis wi-fi i Fownhope, Herefordshire. Overnatningsstedet ligger 42 km fra Kingsholm Stadium og har en have samt gratis privat parkering. The property is a (I think) relatively new apartment in a beautiful, quiet location and has a great view. The owners live next door and are available if you need (they left their numbers in the apartment). They left us a welcome package with local crisps, apple juice, bread, eggs... Very thoughtful! I believe the apple juice was produced by a farm just a few miles away. The apartment is well equipped with all sorts of cooking utensils, an induction cook top, dishwasher, oven, toaster, washing machine... There is a binder with information on the apartment and the area too. Heaters can be adjusted to your liking. The heaters are wall heaters, so the floor can get chilly (we were there in November), so it could be a good idea to bring flip-flops to wear inside. There are lots of hiking opportunities nearby. There are maps in the apartment, but an app like AllTrails can also be useful. Note that trails can get quiet muddy after rain, so it's a good idea to bring proper hiking shoes. The bed was comfortable, but a little short for me (I'm guessing 1.90m), but there is no foot board so as long as you don't mind your feet sticking out, you'll fit ;-).

It was so quiet and peaceful. Got a complimentary upgrade from a hut to a wagon/carriage which was warm and very comfy! Literally a 4 min walk to the local pub that was very nice food and atmosphere

Swallow Lodge - Uk42540 ligger i Winforton, 11 km fra Kinnersley Castle og 25 km fra Hereford Cathedral, og har køkken. We stayed in the cuckoo lodge which is larger. Also the hot tub seats 4 people It is in a beautiful setting and very peaceful.The lodge had everything you could need. Also had a lovely welcome pack. Would stay again.
