The resort was beautiful!! The room was very large and had a nice seating area outside the rooms! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The beach area across the street is stunning with lots of chairs and places to enjoy the beach! There are a few restaurants/bars near by to grab something to eat! The breakfast was great!

El Tropico Boutique Hotel ligger i Kuta Lombok, 7 minutters gang fra Kuta Beach, og har en udendørs swimmingpool, en terrasse og en restaurant samt gratis privat parkering. I think I am spoiled after staying at El Tropico Hotel in Lombok! Service, food, location, price, room design, staffs, atmosphere...everything is PERFECT! We stayed at El Tropico during Christmas, booked 2 different types of room - one with bathtub and one without. El Tropico gave a free upgrade to the room of my partner's mom to the same type as a little X'mas gift. This is a sweet surprise and very heartwarming! Service was impeccable!! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. Staffs are super friendly and polite, every single staff went above and beyond to make your stay filled with happiness and unforgettable. 2 thumbs up for Wahyu (Front Desk "Santa Claus"), Egis, Sa, Dede, Fikri, Putri..... and all other staffs who we didn't have enough time to get their names. Thank you sooooo much for the top notch service. Food and drinks - yum yum yum. We had cocktail happy hour everyday by the pool. Breakfast - you have a menu to choose from but the options basically covers everything you want for breakfast, portion is big. Don't miss the smoothie bowl and avocado toast!! Choose the package with breakfast, you won't regret. They have 3 very clean swimming pools - a long one on the roof top which we stay everyday, less people and there are some cabanas for hotel guests, more chill out atmosphere. If you prefer some music, the ground floor big pool is fantastic, don't worry, it's not loud, just giving you a bit of tropical groove feel. The 3rd one is on the other building of the hotel. I am not a big fan of semi-open or open ceiling bathroom because I am afraid of geckos, which is almost unavoidable in Indonesia. Our bathroom is the semi-opened ceiling type, it's HUGE with a bathtub! I was a bit worried during check-in but Wahyu assured me there will be NO geckos in the bathroom/bedroom. I was so surprised during our 5 nights stay, I didn't see any gecko in the whole resort at all!!!

One of the best if not the best stays ever. Magnificent view for the tranquility lovers Staff is very friendly.specially Usman the manager and his lovely lovely team.

Hotel Lumi Gili Trawangan ligger på Gili Trawangan, 200 m fra Sunset Point. Hotellet har restaurant, gratis privat parkering, gratis cykler og udendørs swimmingpool. You want for absolutely nothing. We stayed in one of the cottages and the design is amazing. It’s modern but authentic and blends in wth the surrounding nature, the photos on the web don’t do the rooms justice. It’s quiet especially at night, the pool is perfectly positioned over looking the ocean, an absolutely relaxing environment, with the most amazing sunsets from the beach. The food is good and of the 4 resorts we stayed in in Indonesia, it was the only one with sustainable practices. The staff last but not least get five plus stars.

Very clean, peaceful and quiet. Bar right next door, room service is great, pool is big enough, luxurious. Private Villa is extra class, I highly recommend it! Kitchen and service there are of a good level and the food is delicious! Beach and beach bar are great, you can add your bill to your room number!

Our week at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Lombok was wonderful from the start. When we arrived, some renovations were happening, and the team immediately offered to move us to a beautiful oceanfront room away from the work area, a gesture we truly appreciated. Every staff member we met was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay feel easy and comfortable. And then we met Nauval. His kindness, attention to detail, and heartfelt service made such an impact on our experience. He is the kind of person who elevates an entire resort simply by being who he is. Truly, every hotel should be so lucky to have a Nauval on their team. The property itself is lovely, peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway... but it’s the people who turn a stay into something truly memorable. We left grateful, refreshed, and already made plans to stay at the Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo next, excited to visit the Komodo dragons and looking forward to another wonderful experience. Personalet gjorde oplevelsen endnu bedre, søde venlige og utrolig hjælpsomme. Vi rejste med to børn 8 måneder og 4 år. Hver dag tilbød de at lege med min yngste og hun nød det til fulde. Kan kun anbefale

Personalet er noget helt særligt, og så er maden og deres drinks virkelig lækre. Standen er fin og ren.
