The staff is so nice. The location is superb, really close to the bus and train station.

We had two nights here. We somehow scored an upgrade to the top floor. Room was the biggest hotel room in Japan we had ever seen. Amazing views. We also received a lovely gift of some local glasses. The facilities were superb and the location is great for exploring the city or doing day trips.

But the superb attention to detail means will totally look out to book at this chain again. What's the most impressive attention to details to manage the space well. This includes smaller pillows as it's a small double bed, ergonomic pillows, a inbuilt bedside shelf, light and charging point for BOTH sides and separate enclosed shower room with a stool. And very clean as well.

I love that it's new and clean, very affordable (I have the luxury to get a room for myself alone without breaking the bank) and accessible to everywhere

it’s proximity to established venues made it a desirable hotel, and a luxury stay. I will definitely be looking here again if I find myself in Aomori once more.

The location and cleanliness are superb.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the nebuta in the lobby give it so much charm and a luxurious feeling. Breakfast was spectacular, plenty of options to choose from and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Front desk and cleaning staff were also very friendly and professional. Check out was hassle free and fast and the location is great, it's such a short distance from the station and close to the main attractions in Aomori city.
