Mooiste hotel op onze reis, mooie badkamer, goede bedden, 5 min van het station... het personeel is er voor de check in, maar smorgens is er niemand. Het perdoneel is erg Vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. We waren wat te vroeg en konden nog niet op de kamer, maar toen we terug waren, was de bagage al op de kamer gebracht. Ik was ietd vergeten en heb ze gebeld,ze kwamen direct met voordtel om dit op te sturen naar mijn volgende hotel, met de juiste instructies! Top!

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The property is beautiful, very well maintained, and the overall quality is impressive. The food was great, and the onsen was a real highlight. The staff were extremely professional and kind. A special thanks to Satoru, who took great care of us throughout our stay and was always helpful and attentive. Highly recommended — we would happily come back.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was very large with comfortable futon mattresses. We had a separate area with a table and tatami mats and cushions which we used for eating snacks and relaxing. The community bath was exquisite - clean, several separate baths, and a large gorgeous mosaic made the area very calming and luxurious. The staff were very kind and accommodating.
