The facilities are very perfect. Ie. shuttle bus from/to hotel to train station and ropeway, varieties of gold and silver onsens in one place are stunning we didn’t have to go other onsens to try both of them. Dinner and breakfast are excellence. Staffs at front and dining room are very professional and great service mind.

It's clean and the staff are very accommodating. Even staff around the area went above and beyond helping us get to the hotel from the train station. We missed the shuttle and they tracked down a bus to help us get there. The food was also fresh and beautifully prepared and the onsen was nice.

The morning staff lady is the warmest person I have met during my trip in Japan🥲🥹 she made me feel welcomed ❤️ the room was better than on the pictures and I loved my little balcony😍 sleeping on the tatami was very comfortable ❤️

Taketoritei Maruyama is a non-smoking Japanese-style accommodation featuring natural hot spring baths for private use and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Staffs are friendly. The view from our room is fantastic. The onsen is comfortable. They have shuttle bus to take us to the center and pick up us at station. I don't have line or Whatsapp so have to use skype to call them
