We had a really lovely stay here. This hotel is very beautiful and clean. They were accommodating to English speakers and even coordinated a dinner reservation for us, which ended up being delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

This comfortable hotel was a short walk from the train station making the location excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for 2 nights so that we could have a full day of touring in Kanazawa. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel again.

The first thing I have to point out is the staff at the reception: they helped us always in a very kind and polite way (to book programs, to send our luggage to Tokyo, etc). Perhaps this hotel is a relatively new one in the Tokyu Stay chain, it was very clean, and comfortable. It is also well situated: a few steps from a bus station, near to many of the main attractions, 12 min by bus from Kanazawa station. We also liked the washing machine in the room (there was also a detergent), and it was nice that free toiletries and tea were available in the lobby. I can only recommend it!

黒梅屋 Kurumiya ligger i Kanazawa, mindre end 1 km fra Kanazawa Slot, og har en have, en bar og gratis privat parkering. Absolutely incredible stay. Everything was exceptional. The staff were so lovely and helpful; the breakfasts were beautiful and a true work of art; the personal onsen in the room was such a great experience; the lounge downstairs with local wines and sake on tap. They’d truly thought of everything to make our stay special, including Aesop products, pajamas and a speaker to enjoy our time in the room.
