It is only a 2-minute walk from a ferry stop, where guests can board sightseeing cruises. Free WiFi is offered in all areas. Amazing wiew, delicious dinner and really comfortable and wonderful staff. Massage and private Onsen were amazing with stunning wiew of Fuji. Lake is opposite of the hotel, also they have a free château transfer to the bus and train station. It was really comfortable. Hope will come back next year.

The hotel features a hot tub, massage treatments and karaoke rooms. Nice hotel facing Lake Kawaguchiko, the onsen was great! Breakfast was okay. Room is super spacious, fully equipped with open air hot bath. Staffs were all super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the highway bus.

We stayed at a mount fuji viewing room with private onsen, the room is big, is clean. Staff are so friendly and explain everything in detail. The hotel provided a lot of facilities, public onsen with great view. You can have drinks in several choices of bars & lounge, there are also a drum show and bingo game at night. I had a great time with this hotel.
