Make sure to take up the Italian dinner option in a local restaurant. It was one of the best meals of our holiday!

The location by the river and so close to Matsue Castle was also amazing. We can recommend this inn and Matsue city to everyone interested in seeing a different japan!

Our room was fantastic, with a large sitting area, separate sleeping area with comfortable beds and private outdoor onsen. Staff were uniformly friendly, helpful and polite. Our meals were excellent and very filling. Each large window in our room looked out on different areas of an impeccably designed garden. We are already planning our next visit.
