The best experience I have had in a hotel. The amenities are amazing, it looks so authentic, cute, and special. The activities were interesting, they even offered a bingo. The staff was absolutely friendly, the food was great. But again, the place is so incredible that I cannot wait to come back. The garden was unbelievable, the Fuji view as well. The onsen was so peaceful. And we also got the room with the private onsen which was absolutely incredible too. Oh and we were on our honeymoon, and they even gave us a gift to celebrate ❤️ loved how thoughtful they were!

I had a 2 night stay in Konanso. The staff is very welcoming and polite, maybe it helps that i speak Japanese. However, they also speak English. Rooms are spacious, clean and with wonderful views. There is a person in charge of your stay that will bring you dinner each night and ask if you need anything. Dinner served at the bedroom is delicious, and the onsen is gorgeous. Would recommend 10/10. Breakfast is also excellent, with western and japanese food.

Loved our one night stay at The TOKI in Kawaguchiko. The hotel is newer and the facilities are pristine. The staff was very hospitable and made our stay memorable. The cabins are spacious, the beds super comfortable, the bathrooms spotless (they also provide a stellar amenity kit), and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The literal highlight of our stay was being able to see Mt. Fuji from the cabin terrace in the morning (between 6:30 and 8:30 am). We had a wonderful stay and would return again!

It was quite the trek to get to the property from Kyoto but it was definitely worth it. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were treated very well by the exceptional staff. The property is beautiful and was the perfect one day getaway to relax after spending a week constantly walking around Osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima. I will never forget the view of Mt. Fuji from our private onsen or the delicious 8-course kaiseki. Be sure to arrive by the 2:30PM check-in as there is so much to do on the property. From a taiko drum show to a tea lounge, there’s something for everybody. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends and can’t wait to visit again in the future.
