Situated a couple hundred metres south of Cheonjiyeon Waterfalls, Parksunshine Jeju enjoys the surrounding nature as well as an easy access to Seogwipo Port and the renowned Lee Jung Seop Street. Exceeded our expectations with renovations of rooms looking newer than expected and value for money. For the price we were very pleasantly surprised with the quality of hotel. Overall vibe of exterior and interior of the hotel was new and modern looking, comfortable. Simple hotel but can't complain given the price. Plenty of parking spots available. Good location which was close to attractions near Seogwipo, and not bad to use as a base to travel between west and east sides of the island.

New property, rooms were big, the one we got had a balcony and the bathroom was great as well. View from the balcony was nice.

Conveniently located in the centre of Jeju, Grand Hyatt Jeju features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, free private parking and room service. Exceptional staff was the highlight of this stay. From Seline at check in who helped us with questions and settled us in. The staff at the Han Mall were also very pleasant. Great team who make this place a 5 star ⭐ There are many facilities on site which made it quite convenient and the location is quite central to most public transportation.

The location, away from crowds, was very peaceful with beautiful scenery- surrounded by trees. The room was spacious with a huge window overlooking the forest. The staff was exceptional- they helped us with an issue we were having regarding our return flight, they spoke to the flight booking agency on our behalf due to language barriers. They attended to our every request. The food at the restaurant was amazing! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!
