Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

AJ Residence - Above Peppermint Asia City is located in Kota Kinabalu, less than 1 km from Filipino Market Sabah, 2.8 km from Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village, as well as 5.5 km from North Borneo Railway. This 4-star apartment offers full-day security, luggage storage space and free WiFi. The apartment has private entrance. Stunning room, clean and luxury feel to it. Staff were great, really helpful and had good communication through WhatsApp. We wish we could’ve stayed longer! You’d definitely struggle to find a nicer place than this in Sandakan. 10/10 recommend

Situated within a few steps of Bawang Jamal Beach in Kudat, Barefoot Luxury at the Tip of Borneo features accommodation with seating area. This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The chalet has family rooms. This was a one bedroom lodge with its own deck overlooking the jungle and beach. It was rustic but v well appointed - we loved the geckos in the roof, and watching fireflies at night. Hibiscus beach is beautiful and a 10 min walk away is a fantastic cafe where you can eat in the beach and watch the sun set.

Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.
