Situated between Alqueva and Pedrógão, municipality of Vidigueira in Alentejo, and 9 km from the Alqueva dam, this charming country house offers air-conditioned rooms with cable TV. Everything was perfect from A-Z. A must visit in Portugal and at least 2 nights. There is so much to see and explore, even for party animals.

I barely know where to begin! Our stay at Quinta do Paral was incredible. My wife and I came for my birthday weekend wanting relaxation and wine, and this place exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, welcomed by the friendliest security guard and whisked away in a golf cart for check-in with their amazing rosé, everything was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous with no expense spared. Every detail from interior to linen to lighting is impeccable. Two fantastic restaurants, a beautiful pool, and a rooftop terrace overlooking the vineyards complete the experience. But the best part is the Quinta do Paral team! They're genuinely friendly, warm and welcoming. On my birthday, every staff member congratulated me (even ones I hadn't met!), and they surprised us with delicious chocolate cake and sparkling wine in our room. I don't think my words can reflect how much we enjoyed our stay, and my only regret is not staying longer. We'll definitely be back!
