He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

Its elegantly-furnished rooms offer a balcony and cable TV. Appreciate specially arranged room upgrade. The staff was super kind and helpful, thanks to each and every one that made our stay memorable. Breakfast buffet had a great variety of both cold and hot options, as well as gluten free options which is also highly appreciated. Would come back and recommend to others.

All rooms at the hotel feature cable TV, free WiFi and a private bathroom. The hotel was immaculate; we were greeted with a drink upon check-in which immediately made us feel at home. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean which made for beautiful sun rises. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The walk-ability of the area is amazing; there are nice restaurants all around and beautiful scenery every where you turn. The indoor pool was an absolute plus.
