The staff were all very friendly and helpful with all questions and requests. It was super hot (40 degrees Celsius) a couple of days during our stay and the air conditioning handled it perfectly! There’s no room service or dining on site which was sometimes tricky for us with our toddler but the connected restaurant is very close and happily did takeaway for us to have by the pool when needed. Free onsite parking was also appreciated!
