The hotel overlooks Pigeon Valley so there is a great view for early morning or afternoon walks, and a nice partial view from the restaurant. We like the service, which started even before we got there. They helped us book a balloon ride and kept at it until we got one within the time we were there. The balloon rides can get cancelled due to strong winds. Their restaurant, Ardic, is great. The prices are reasonable, and they serve a fantastic-and generous-Turkish breakfast. When we left for the airport, they also packed us breakfast.

We chose this hotel as we wanted to have the experience of staying in an actual cave, but with all the facilities. It was the best choice. We had a late arrival, with a rental car which we left on a narrow street behind the hotel. The men welcoming us took care to move the car, gave us the keys and did the checkin extremely fast, while we were in the room. When traveling with a kid you do appreciate this a lot. The hotel has multiple rooms on different levels and they have an elevator which makes things much easier. I choose an Executive Suit, which comes with a large hammam bathroom. It proved to be exceptionally useful as we decided to have a hammam experience with their professional masseur, Ahmed. I can only say that he has magic hands, very nice and my 10 years old son loved the experience as much as we did. The breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant with a splendid panorama of the town. They prepare eggs at your request, they have hot dishes and provide very tasty local salads, cheeses and products. Also, the Turkish coffee is a must. All the staff were more than helpful and friendly. It is worth every penny! They really made our stay exceptional.

All the staff in the hotel were amazing but i want to highlight Eliz.. by far the most accommodating person ive met in the hotel industry.. she did everything she could to give me the room i wanted, tours booking, transportation.. just name it.
