Het personeel is ongelooflijk lief, het ontbijt was telkens heel erg lekker en ik vond het persoonlijk een pluspunt dat we niet in het luidruchtige centrum van het (niet eens zo mooie) stadje verbleven. Mijn vriend lag twee dagen ziek in bed en de medewerkers probeerden zo goed mogelijk te helpen! Erg fijn! Hadden initieel 1 nacht geboekt en zijn er uiteindelijk 4 gebleven.

Exceptionally hotel with amazing staff and services. I wish I had booked this hotel in all of my previous stays in Hai Phong. I just came back from a five star hotel and resort in Nha Trang, where I paid 3 times more, and yet everything is way less appealing than Pullman Hai Phong Everything is here new and modern. The room is very spacious with the amazing city view. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and attentive ❤️❤️

Lynh's Villa bevindt zich in Cat Ba met uitzicht op de bergen en heeft een restaurant, roomservice, bar, tuin, buitenzwembad dat het hele jaar door open is en terras. Er is gratis WiFi. Lynh’s villa is a hidden gem- almost literally. you walk from the main road up a little alleyway past local houses, some of which look a little run down but when you enter into Lynh’s villa, it’s like a little pocket of paradise! beautiful reception/ dining area with many plants and gardens. Hotel is very clean, rooms have everything you need, bathroom with large shower, lovely little balcony overlooking the garden area. Family run hotel, staff very friendly and helpful- organised us to be picked up from our hotel in Hanoi and dropped off at their hotel. Also organised day cruise to Halong/ LAN ha bay which was amazing. Breakfast was home cooked to order- variety of choices. We also ate dinner at the hotel two nights- again varied menu and cooked fresh to order. Beautiful rooftop pool with sun loungers also.

Somerset Central TD Hai Phong City is gelegen in een belangrijke zakenwijk en biedt moderne en gezellige accommodatie met gratis WiFi en een kitchenette. Het appartement is ruim en zeer schoon. Het schoonmaakpersoneel en de handyman zijn zeer vriendelijk en reageren snel op vragen of verzoeken. We kozen dit appartement voor ons gezin van 4 vanwege de 2 aparte slaapkamers en badkamers — perfect voor ouders en kinderen. De wasmachine is een groot pluspunt, vooral tijdens onze doorreis van de ene bestemming naar de andere.

Could not fault it. Most peaceful and clean place we have stayed in Vietnam. Loved the location and village it is in. Located in a lovely quiet clean little village - close enough to town by bus, bike or taxi and all points of interest in the Island. New, modern, quality finishings, peaceful, pretty, comfortable firm beds with quality fresh linen, large rooms with amazing lighting - bright and dim options, great bathrooms, new bath and outdoor area very serene. The family that run this place are very kind and could not have been more helpful. I have a child with a disability and they were very accomodating. I am most grateful for their help in contacting the driver of the bus that took us from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh after we left and locating my sons communication device / iPad that was accidentally left on it - and arranging for it to be delivered to us in Ninh Binh the next day. Wish we had longer there - it really was lovely and a great spot to stop and recuperate from travels. I highly recommend it!
