The entire staff was exceptional especially Ellen Carl - she was so wonderful and made us feel so at ease and well taken care of - we had 7 rooms booked and everyone was extremely happy with accommodations. The valet guys were also excellent - We had an amazing breakfast at Panorama on Seven and even though they were short staffed the service was top notch and the food was incredible (we too pictures lol) - the location is ideal and we will never stay anywhere else when in Buffalo- thank you for the wonderful experience! Excellent small hotel. Located very convenient for a night with connecting flights. Close to airport and a plus the hotel shuttle which runs every 30 minutes from hotel back to the airport. When we arrive at JFK we call and meet at the meeting point for the shuttle to pick us up. Room super spacious and bed sooo confortable!!! after a very long flight this is a super plus! Excellent confort mattress and pillows, bathroom spacious too. Restaurant food very good but bit pricey

The staff was attentive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to be in the heart of Manhattan while enjoying a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Walking distance to Empire State Building, Times Square, Radio City, Rockefeller.
