The authenticity of the place, it is a beautiful tradition Japanese house. There is also a private onsen in the bathroom. Women who work there were so lovely, so friendly. We had also traditional breakfast and I am vegetarian and they accommodated the meals for me. There is also a coffee shop in the establishment and they have great coffee with delicious cakes.

Loved the hotel. Location was a little far out for us. Taxi back and forth to town was about $50 USD each way and some taxis only took cash. Hotel and staff were exceptional.

The room is super spacious and clean. We enjoyed the hot spring a lot. The dinner and breakfast left us a really deep impression. The hotel staff is super nice and hospitable. I really liked their libraries (there are 3 libraries on site! ! ) -- they have a lot of manga books! We will surely visit again!

I absolutely loved everything about the hotel! Upon arrival, they kindly requested us to remove our shoes and provided lockers for our convenience. The spa experience was delightful, and the complimentary offerings such as ramen, probiotics, and ice cream were a wonderful treat! The location is amazing, close to everything. The room was comfortable and good size for a solo traveller. The icing on the cake was the onsen on the rooftop! You can see the city views while soaking in the perfect hot water.
