They gave us a room with a Mount Fuji view even though we were supposed to get a lake room view, so that was nice.

Located on a hilltop and overlooking Lake Kawaguchi, the hotel serves French dinner with an advance reservation. The view was phenomenal. The food was perfection. It isn't a traditional ryokan stay, but it had a unique charm to it. Would recommend.
