I arrived earlier at the property on 5 January before check-in and staff arranged for my luggage to be moved into my room when I came back after exploring. Dinner was good and subsequently during check out i left my luggage at the counter to explore the town more before my train. When I came back and wanted to leave, staff provided me with a lift to the train station. It was raining at that time and the lift was appreciated despite the train station being quite close by. Excellent services by the staff here and I greatly appreciate it. Definite recommend.

I enjoyed the breakfast Buffett there a lot, even with my food allergy. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the lady at the Buffett. She took me through the whole menu to show me what I can eat. So nice! The rooms had everything that you could need and was clean!

The hotel is very clean, with good facilities, and the staff are attentive and friendly. They also offer complimentary ramen and ice cream for guests to enjoy after using the onsen at night. Both breakfast and dinner are of high quality and offer great value for money. Highly recommended.

Although I had some concerns about buffet-style dining, we were blown away by the quality, diversity and quantity of fantastic food. This was not clearly like any buffet I have ever known back home!
