Excellent location, the rooms are very comfortable, big-especially the double bed- excellent! Bathrooms was huuge!! Breakfast is very good. The decorations, overall looks, a bit 'Las Vegas', black marble, lots of mirrors etc. but you can live with them. Staff at reception are very nice, friendly and efficient.

Loved this hotel - from a warm welcome to delicious meals in the restaurant and breakfast as we requested. Peaceful location with spectacular views and nearby lake. Staff were particularly helpful and concerned when we had a mishap and needed a few extras out of normal hours - room was spacious and modern bathroom.

I liked the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful - there was everything, both vegetables and fruits. The staff was friendly, when questions arose they gave full information. When I was staying at the hotel there were not too many guests and I did not hear any noise, as was written in other reviews. It was nice that there was a kettle with tea accessories in the room, for me it was important to have tea, although I did not find any information about the presence/absence of a kettle. The room was quite warm, despite the fact that the heating battery in the bathroom was turned off. Things dried quickly after skiing. To store skis they gave a key for a deposit of 10 euros from a locker in the ski room. You need to book the spa in advance, 45 minutes is a little short, but overall I liked it. The condition is not new, but not critical. Overall, I am happy with my stay at the hotel, I recommend it.
