The new apartment house is within walking distance (500 m) of the gondola. Everything was modern, clean, and the surroundings were nice and quiet. Free parking is right next to the apartment and there is also a ski depot cabinet next to the front door.

The view from our room directly onto the ski slope is amzing, it really helped to get ourselves from the bed early on the morning. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. The sauna area was a perfect place to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Our children were especially delighted with the friendly cats roaming around the property, adding a charming touch to the overall atmosphere. This is a beautiful family-friendly place with a wonderful ambiance, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

Everything was very pleasant. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess, handed over the keys and explained where to find what (dishes, kettle, Wifi, etc.). And there was a welcome drink in the fridge ready for us. The accommodation is cosy and has everything you need before and after skiing.

This is a real Austrian family guesthouse. The owners are extremely helpful. Although the room is not the newest, it is clean and well furnished. The access road is easily accessible even in heavy snow. The guesthouse is within walking distance of the cable car, McDonald's and an excellent Steakhouse... An good option if you want accommodation in the Haus area.

Everything was just great. Location in the calm area but close to the main places we wanted to visit. Apartment very well equiped, even a lot of small details and decoration. Small garden was absolutely stunning with a view to the mountains. Parking just in front of the entrance. Very nice public playground across the road. Sommercard included which gives you good tips and savings. And last but not least, Erika, the owner is very friendly and and helpful. I hope to come back soon. Thank you Erika!

Comfortable spacious appartment. Fully equipped with everything one might need. Cosy little garden and roofed parking spaces. Very nice owner. Close to supermarket, restaurant. Sommercard is a great advantage.

We (4 adults + 2 small kids) stayed here for 3 nights. The apartment was just perfect, 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, living room with a large tv, well equipped kitchen, balcony with beautiful view to mountains. Everything was clean and tidy. We arrived by 2 cars and had a parking in the garage. Good location if you want to explore the nearest cities, but stay in the same place. We drove ~ 1 hour and visited ice caves in Werfen, Gollinger waterfall, Hallstatt salt mines, ate in the nearest McDonalds and just walked to Haus bakery.

Very good location close to Hauser Kaibling. Big room, very clean, comfortable bed, big bathroom. Very kind and helpful owners/family! Nice breakfasts. Cute cats and other animals around :-) at place-room for ski equipment, enough place for parking (free). Very nice time for skiing!
