Cozy cottages with a stunning view of the lake and surrounding mountains. The perfect place for a quite and peaceful getaway from the city. From the cottage there are several hiking trails you can choose from, and within a 10min drive you can get on the Salamander train to reach the top of the Schneeberg. The cottage itself was very clean, and there was even firewood available to make a cozy fire in the evenings. The restaurant has reduced opening hours because we were there off-season, but we very much enjoyed our dinner there as well. We will be back for sure!

The house is absolutely stunning. The host was amazing and the communication was great. Everything was ready for us to use and clean, the kitchen (well, basically the whole house) was well equipped. Perfect house for families with children for summer/winter stays.

The breakfast was excellent, nicely prepared and enough dishes to choose from. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the center of the town and the famous cog railway. The hotel is in an idyllic setting surrounded by beautiful nature. Also a commendable parking garage with enough space.

A very nice, new apartment complex on the shore of an artificial lake, where you feel like you are at the end of the world. It is a place for those who prefer absolute peace. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and has a balcony with outdoor seating. Parking is in front of the apartment. There is no grocery store or restaurant on site, the restaurant in the apartment complex is only open from Thursday to Sunday.

We found Ruth waiting for us, she is a very welcoming host and took the time to explain everything and the surroundings. She also gave us information on what can be done in the vicinity and how to reach places. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking is also easily available, Highly recommended!
