We received the best hospitality from these super hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. We really enjoyed the welcome brownies baked specially for us including the simple breakfast. The rooms and hall were so spacious. what impressed us is the bathroom was super large and comfortable. we enjoyed the back to nature feel of this apartment. The location was stunning - the property was light and warm. A fire lit in the log burner was welcoming. Having travelled some distance the basket of goodies was a lovely thought and enjoyed immediately!

Quamby Lake house is an outstanding accommodation. A large luxurious house in beautiful natural surroundings. It was easy to find, well equipped, lovely & warm & so stylishly furnished. Lois is an amazing host who supplied a breakfast hamper & a bottle of wine. She was so warm & welcoming & lovely to chat with.

It is an absolute charming property in a lovely town. Comfortable bed. The bread and breakfast material was ample and a little different with peaches and cream.

Oh, it was something extraordinary. We found ourselves in an old mansion with a lot of history. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night. Here you start to feel a bit like a lord, or more accurately, an important doctor, since this was his former home. Maria, a charming hostess who surrounded us with care, is in charge of everything. We also went platypus watching in the evening and morning. Several platypuses live in a pond five minutes' walk from the house.
