The room was nice and warm when I came in, despite it literally freezing outside. The manager waited for me and welcomed me and had a parking spot reserved for me right outside the hotel.

The location is central and right next to the Ethnographic Museum Complex, close to Hristo Botev square and most of the cafes and restaurants in Vratsa. However it's on a quiet street and we didn't have any issues with noises from neighbors or passing cars. The apartment itself was very spatious, clean, apparently renovated, cosy, with everything a guest could need. Shampoo and shower gel were not provided, so guests should bring their own, which is more often not a big deal. The view from every window is spectacular!

The interior of the appartment was cozy and comfortable. The appartment had everything needed: boiler for cooling and heating water, kitchenware, capsule coffee machine, additional blankets and linen. There was even an electric fireplace in the living room. It's close to Vratsa city centre and a food store.
