Compared to some other hotels where the staff who don't speak English tend to ignore / are less accommodating to non-Portuguese speakers, here the staff are always friendly and try to accommodate everyone. Location is great; very easy to get around Blumenau from there. Breakfast is amazingly good - very wide range of delicious food offered - best i've experienced in Brazil so far. Made me wish i had stayed longer to try more food.
