I’ve made mistake with dates in my booking, so there was no availability on the date we arrived, but Royal Swiss apartments kindly offered me a room in one of their hotels at no extra charge which I am so grateful for. We had an amazing stay at the chalet! It was cozy, well-equipped, and the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, and the hospitality was top-notch. Great location. Arrived in the night so didn't get to see the incredible surrounding till the morning. Location is perfect. Lake Brienz, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, Lake Oeschinen all within 30-45 minutes away! Lake Brienz on your doorstep. Food is also really good and the local beer is lovely. Also a massive thank you as I didn't have a suitable charging plug. The staff looked for me and provided me with one for the trip which was a massive relief so thank you very much for that

I'm not a fan of hostels, but when travelling to Switzerland you don't get much choice with the high prices. The rooms and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Big size lockers available on the rooms, secured with a card key so you don't have to worry about bringing your own lock. Location is great, near both train stations in Interlaken, plus the hostel gives you a free bus ticket to reach the accomodation.

We stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Bernerhof, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. We had the added bonus of a lovely balcony where we could enjoy breathtaking sunrises between the mountains. The location couldn't be better—just a 1-minute walk to Interlaken Ost, and with supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-minute walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring Interlaken. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay!
