We liked everything. The location is excellent. There are many interesting places nearby. A huge, beautiful, protected area. Spacious, clean, beautiful villa. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Great value for your travel dollar (or Colones) We loved staying there for the convenience to the local area yet privacy in the hills. We will return for a longer visit with our wonderful hosts, Brigette and Leon.The nights were alive with the sounds of animals and insects and a beautiful night sky. Apparently we are not unusual in turning off all thee lights and sitting on the deck at night.

Breakfast was perfect...variety for both our tastes. The grounds and beach were amazing. Bonus were the trails connected to the property. The buildings, and history were way beyond what we expected. (They exceeded the pictures on-line) The beach was quiet and very relaxing. We really enjoyed venturing about a block to the "town" and experiencing the happy atmosphere of this gathering place. A couple of great restaurants and grocery store. The food at the resort was great as well.

Everything. The property is in a secluded place, but close to beautiful beaches, you get many different wildlife there. The cabins are comfortable, there is a swimming pool, a full kitchen that you can use anytime. Modesto, who was taking care of the estate was lovely as well. The host communicated with us during our stay and was the nicest person, answering any question and accommodating to our needs. I would definitely come back here.

This beautiful lodge is nestled in the heart of nature. A short car ride from the National Park. Very comfortable accommodation, spacious and clean. Beautiful balcony to enjoy the evening and a short walk to a local (soda) restaurant. Our host was so helpful and introduced us to a great taxi driver. A short visit but very enjoyable.
