I loved the apartment's location and authenticity- it really gives you a glimpse of everyday life in Tenerife. Not touristy, a real quiet street where you meet the neighbors and can enjoy a mountain view from the balcony. The house became our home when we entered, our host met us and we were made very welcome. the location is excellent for the beach and restaurants, parking is on the street if required and the supermarket is very close, we walked and talked everywhere, met friendly locals and enjoyed excellent value for money while dining. Our host, Cristina text us to make sure everything was ok, which it was but what a nice personal touch. Thank you Cristina, you made us feel very welcome and at home, we will return.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a parking spot .The location was very good for us, just a few minutes walk from the beach, the port, and the town center, where there were many shops, restaurants, and bars. The area was quiet and safe, and the people were friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Playa de San Juan Tenerife. Absolutely no problem in picking up the keys and returning them.

We liked the location, the view on the sea from the property, the hot tube, the great BBQ with lovely firewood provided as part of the rental price, the overall outdoor space with always both a sunny and shadowy area, the ability to park the car inside, the compactness of the property limiting the amount of cleaning at the end it's small but as a couple it's enough knowing you spend most of your time outside anyway, the village nearby that has everything you need including a CSC and finally the bed which was comfy
