Convenient location. Small but comfortable room with a good shower room. There was also a kettle, microwave, small fridge and toaster so we were able to make our own breakfast when we wanted it. All on the ground floor and parking just outside. There was a pub two properties down the road.

Due to a problem with another accommodation, in the evening had to make a late booking. The experience was excellent as the host straight away was in contact via whatsapp. Lots of texts and was never offline. And in no time at all got the code for safebox then room key and a sensor thing for the main building then into the room. All within one hour of the booking. The host sends via whatsapp an instruction video of the process. The apartment was great with modern facilities the bedroom/kitchen and shower room. Plenty of good quality towels provided. Modern decor taste as well. Parking in front of the building with access to a parking meter. The building has quite a number apartments, saw a leaflet that mentions offers for rental stays at reasonable prices.

The whole stay exceeded our expectations. Saif was lovely and extremely helpful, with fantastic communication throughout. The property itself was perfect. We walked in on a cold & rainy evening to a warm, cosy house. All of our party said the beds were comfortable & had 2 great nights sleep. The house had everything we needed, it had probably the best stocked kitchen utensil-wise I’ve been in (& we’ve stayed in a lot of properties!) The extra touches of complimentary snacks & beers were a lovely & much appreciated touch. There’s certainly been a lot of thought put into the property & you can tell, which makes all the difference to your stay. Next time we’re in Nottingham this house is the first place we’ll be looking at to stay in 100%

Ideal location to easily get into the centre. Park and ride is only 5 minutes away. We asked if we could check in early which wasn't possible due to cleaning turn around time but they let us park our car on the driveway before the house was ready so we could uber into the centre which was really helpful. The host was easy to communicate with and when we accidentally left something behind, he contacted us straight away and offered to post it out for us.

Very clean and spacious house. Parking was easy on the road outside. Very comfortable stay and the hosts were very communitive and helpful during our stay. We had booked it earlier the same day and the whole process was very stress free. Would definitely consider staying next time.
