This is the most beautiful guest house we stayed in in Scotland. Paul and Laura were lovely hosts, as was Adele who cooked our delicious breakfast. The house is straight out of an interiors magazine - every possible detail was divine! There's a beautiful living room which we relaxed in after dinner in the local pub and Laura brought us tea, lit candles, put on a fab play list - absolute bliss. Our room was exceptional - beautifully decorated, bathroom superb, tea / coffee facilities top class. I would return to Scotland just to stay here again!

Great property in a quite location. Given a warm and friendly welcome. The accommodation was so spacious, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Excellent, well equipped kitchen stocked with plenty supplies for a hearty breakfast. This is a fabulous place and such great value for money.

we were 3 bicycle riders, came with our bikes in boxes. Piotr kept the boxes for us until we returned. Thank you for that. This is not trivial. The apartment was sparkling clean with fresh smell everywhere. Large rooms and comfortable beds. The neighborhood very quiet and 15 minutes walk to the town center. Kitchen fully equipped. Nice back yard to enjoy if warm. Piotr also arranged a sleeping space in the living room. I have visited Linlithgow more than 10 times in the past, this has been our best accommodation. We will certainly come back again!

A very nice hotel with a good restaurant. Tidy, clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, free parking. The hotel is in a beautiful small town, there are places to walk and explore.

Easily accessible by bus but also had a big parking lot. Adjacent restaurant and bar with a simple but good breakfast. Very glad to get a room on short notice.

I had a single room which was comfortable with everything you'd expect. Had dinner both nights of mh stay which was delicious both times. Good selection for breakfast. Recomend the full Scottish breakfast. Plenty of car parking. Would definitely stay here again
