We spent 3 nights there. The staff and service were very very friendly! It is a cute little pup with just a small number of rooms. Our room was cosy and clean and equipped with all you need for a quick stay. Breakfast was excellent!

Beautiful rustic barn with all the modern facilities needed for a fabulous stay. Parking right next to the barn was another welcome bonus. Absolutely spotlessly clean - lovely touch with the fresh eggs. Plus there were cereals, milk, biscuits - all the ingredients for a good, healthy breakfast. Gary felt like a long-lost friend - took me for a gorgeous walk through his beloved farm. Loved to hear the deep, sincere passion in his humble voice when he spoke of the his pet animals, the wild creatures that visit the farm seasonally, and everything that is so great about the unspoilt, natural world that he lives in and takes care of. The quaint little villages, the peaceful countryside and the hardworking, humble, polite and friendly country folk are the attributes that put the "Great" into Great Britain - it is not the Monarchy or the bigwig, scallywag politicians, hedge-fund managers or investment bankers - and nobody epitomises that country warmth and humility better than Gary and Kim Bond. A perfect base for any single person or a couple wanting to explore the surrounding villages and parishes - Could not recommend this venue more highly.

Common Leys Farm is a wonderful, character filled property and a credit to its owners. It is ideally located to provide an extremely quiet and relaxing rural environment for quests while also being within a short commute to Oxford, Thame and a host of other villages. While the property offers a range of accommodation options my room, which had a separate full kitchen and ensuite bathroom, incorporated many character features, was extremely comfortable and offered the flexibility of being able to self-cater. I very much enjoyed my three night stay and would recommend Common Leys Farm as both a destination for a relaxing holiday and a base from which to explore Oxfordshire.

The Snug is a little gem. Although compact, the hosts have literally thought of everything which made our stay so comfortable. Extra touches like QR codes, an umbrella, a hairdryer, breakfast, sweets, a good information book were so much appreciated. We would definitely recommend for a short stay in the area.

Honestly the most wonderful stay, the place was well equipped with lots of amenities for you to dine in. The decor was beautiful and the small touches they have added like the white company & neom shower products really added to the deluxe feel of the place. Everything was immaculately clean and no doubt would I hesitate to stay here again. The hosts were so friendly and helpful plus plenty of parking at the property. Whether it’s a girls night in or a shopping weekend, a must book!! This will exceed you expectations :)

Very comfortable room. We had an evening meal which was fabulous, excellent chef. The breakfast was also amazing, plenty of choice, large portions, even homemade granola. Ample car parking at the back.
