The property was really secure, amazing communication from the hosts, it was a perfect location from the airport (5 minute drive at most) and the hosts kindly recommended a taxi company for us to use (Uber also available). The hosts had equipped the space so well (we think also heated flooring?) and we really wanted to stay there for longer rather than just a stop over before a flight. Also the parking was a huge bonus and I managed to book parking there for 4 days longer to cover our trip - so much cheaper than the airport parking. Would definitely recommend!

Everything! It was the most beautiful appartment i've been to, the facilities were excellent, the way the owner provided so many little things made us feel at home right away. Even leaving snacks out, full bottle of milk, coffee, tea, sugar,... i can't speak highly enough about this place or the owner. Communication was also the best i've ever had through Booking.com, making sure everything was ok, even when we had to check in later after losing track of time. The view as well with only nature to look at, being close to the center of town but at the same time not even the slightest noise of cars, trains or planes which are all closeby. If i would buy any appartment in Luton it would be exactly like this one, even though space is limited within any appartment, everything was filled in so efficiently and everything had a purpose, very comfortable couch, clean bathroom and kitchen, again i could go on and on about all the positives this place had, both my girlfriend and me were blown away with everything, i'm definitely booking this appartment again with how nice it was, we even had our own personal parking spot which sometimes was a problem in the past with other places i booked at because it's a very lively town. It was simply perfect and exactly what we needed to end our holiday together. We can't thank the owner enough for everything they provided for us.

As a solo female traveller for work, I felt so safe at the Garden Studio. A parking space was made available for me prior to arrival. Loved that the entrance to the studio was fenced off from the garden so I didn't feel that I was intruding on the property and gave me my privacy. The studio was very modern, with a great sized TV, lovely kitchen and modern shower room. Everything was super clean! Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I really enjoyed my quiet evening with a take away and watching the Eurovision with total privacy.

Location. Fantastic shower and good amenities. Very friendly host who was attentive and took time out to make sure that I was happy with the accommodation. Free parking was a bonus. Very comfortable bed. Two bottles of water in the fridge on a very hot day was very welcome.

Nicely refurbished, very fresh and modern decor in the rooms, reception and breakfast room. Lovely gentleman on reception came out to see me as I arrived at the car park gate, to check if I had reserved parking - I hadn't, so he pointed me to the nearest public car park (and also very kindly gave me a room upgrade, which I wasn't expecting). Very helpful and welcoming reception staff both evening and morning.

Parking seemed to be hit and miss at the places in the town centre, and we preferred secure parking nearby, so Hyde Mill was perfect in this respect. Comfortable, and good breakfast. Thank you.
