We loved the beautiful and uncluttered spacious studio. All new with comfortable beds, quality linens, good spacious bathroom with all amenities. A great kitchen with all the utensils needed to cook, a small dishwasher, washing machine. Best of all a large terrace with dining table and lounge chairs and the greatest view of the sea across the road! There is a little taverna nearby where you sit under the trees and drink the best coffee and breakfast/lunch options and Agios Nikolaos a few km back with many more options. We loved our stay here and hope to come back soon.

This beautiful property is carefully designed and wonderfully managed, with highest quality and lovely extra touches. The location is excellent, the room is spacious and beautiful, the gardens have a lovely atmosphere. We loved the high quality Coco-Mat matress and bedding, the exceptionally equipped kitchen and all the helpful extras such as mini butters, mini jams, toastie maker, etc. Being able to walk into the village (2mins) and being so close to the sea made our stay all the more wonderful. A real home away from home.

Fabulous location a few km outside lovely small fishing village of Agios Nicholas where there were plenty of restaurants. Walk down a path to a bay for swimming - getting in by a ladder. Great ambience.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet spot, with two balconies. Very spacious and spotlessly clean. Well equipped if you want to cook. Few minutes walk and you are in the centre of town. The host was very kind and helpful and made us feel very welcome!

This place is a diamond just next to a beautiful olive trees area, amazing view all around, beautiful church and quiet surroundings. The owner is a helpful, polite, smiley lady who was taking care of our comfort and everything to be a 5-star experience. Strongly recommend! The ample size of the room which had a kitchenette fully furnished, Small dining table and terrace with stunning wisteria and mountain views. The quiteness at night, the size of the bed, blinds in the windows, fridge, small coach and rest area inside the room. Ififenia's friendliness (and her mum"s) with helpful tips. Olive oil as a courtesy for breakfast. We"d definitely come back if we visited Peloponeso again.

Great little place beside the harbour in the middle Agios Nikolaos run by very friendly people. Although not included in the price they offer a very good breakfast in the cafe. Parking not available directly in the property, there is a really big open parking area less than a minute walk away. Room was comfortable, nicely decorated in an old stone building and had a good hair dryer.

If possible, I would give a score of 15. In a quiet location, not far from shop and restaurants. Suitable parking also for motorcyclists, friendly staff, clean, new equipment. In short, everything you need on vacation. If the journey takes us here, we will contact you again. I highly recommend it.
