The apartment is VERY spacious - I stayed with 3 friends and I had no issues with feeling cramped or overwhelmed; the living room and and kitchen are huge, and the bedrooms and bathroom are very decent, too. The place was very well-stocked and we barely had to purchase any essentials - we were impressed, to say the least. The facilities were top-notch. The place was very clean and we appreciated having a vacuum cleaner and mop, to help keep the place nice and tidy. There was a washing machine and a clothes line (in addition to a drying rack). Everything was very well thought out. The host was very easy to contact, kind, and helped us whenever we had any issues (for example, we accidentally locked ourselves out and the problem was sorted out within 15 minutes). The location was INCREDIBLE - Vari beach was a 1-minute walk away, the bus stop was right outside the gate, there were plenty of cafes/bars/restaurants along the beach, and there was a well-stocked shop and a kiosk within 3 minutes’ walking distance. By bus, Ermoupoli was a 20-minute ride away, Meghas Gialos even closer. Overall, we were incredibly pleased with the place. Thank you to our host!!

Giouli and Dimitris are wonderful and very welcoming hosts, full of enthusiasm for your visit, and are determined that you enjoy it. We stayed at Oro Suites in a pool apartment in early May 2025, and it was one of the best vacations we've ever had. The apartment was perfect: newly renovated with a modern design, spotlessly clean with regular cleaning, an incredibly comfortable bed, and high-quality bathroom fixtures. It was quiet and peaceful at night, and the courtyard with the pool felt cozy and private. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, nice and generous, with the option to choose items to your taste. The suites are located right on the seafront, so the sea view is good— but its only relevant if you plan to spend time in the room - cause the beach is just like a few steps away, as are 3–5 local restaurants in Kini that are good too. The village itself is charming and cozy. There isn’t much to see within Kini itself, but it’s a great base for exploring other attractions: chapels, ancient ruins, or the island’s main town. But the absolute highlight of Oro Suites is the brothers who run it — truly kind, cheerful, and helpful people who assisted us quickly with every one of our many questions, whether about the room, transportation, or the area. Highly recommended — it’s a 100 out of 10!

We absolutely loved staying here. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We were welcomed with open arms and there was always help if needed. The best part about the apartment was the location. Perfect for taking a stroll in the evening, getting to the beaches, or taking the faerie!!
