Loved the place. Big room, very comfy bed, great view from the front terrace over the town and rice fields. The owner was wonderful and up for a chat, came with a wonderful huge breakfast each morning. Highly recommend.

Great location for Kelimutu. Very sweet landlady. In nice weather, you have a balcony looking over the whole village. There’s a very atmospheric bar/restaurant about five mins away that does really good live music. We got invited to a local holy communion which was a crazy introduction to local culture. Very welcoming local community.

This is the most beautiful homestay of Flores! Especially because of the lovely people. Jhon, the owner, will go 100000 extra miles for you. We loved every second of our stay here. Make sure you will do the rice field trip with them. So lovely. Note: it is a bite outside town. We loved this… but know this! Truly a great place to stay when visiting Moni and the Kelimutu Lakes. The location is perfect. The apartments have a nice forest view and a small river runs below which makes for a great setting. The room itself has everything you would expect. The bed was comfy and clean and I was pleasantly surprised by the hot water shower. Breakfast is simple but tasty. The owner Billy is super friendly and can help you with getting around, sightseeing, transport and everything else you might need. He even invited me for a barbecue in the garden down by the riverside and afterwards we made a campfire which was a lot of fun. So when visiting, don't be afraid to ask him if you're interested in barbecuing. Afterwards go have a drink or dessert at Mopi's place. There's live music and it turned out Billy is also an awesome singer haha. Go book a room and see so for yourself. I had a great time there and felt right at home. Thanks Billy!
