Well where to start, everything was great, but let's give it some structure. 1. Overall - The resort itself looked absolutetly amazing, we were blown away and I am not exaggerating. We stayed in many hotels/resorts during our stay. We were in Uluwatu, Ubud, Nusa Penida, but this one left the immpression like no other. They have pool with chess and stools in the pool, spa with big number of massage choices. Than you walk towards your room and there is another pool, and just a wall with small gate separates you from the ocean. And our first impressions were just getting better and better 2. Room - Whoever had the idea to have outdoor bathroom, was genius. It's always ventilated, obvisously, it has pleasant temperature at night and fresh air while you're taking a shower is so nice. Of course it had AC, comfortable bed etc. And it had a bin, you don't see that often in Bali hotels. As I mentioned earlier if you walk just a few meters, you're right in the ocean, and let me tell you falling asleep while hearing the sounds of the ocean, the waves crashing at the shore is really amazing. And when you wake up, the ocean right in front of your doors is sight to behold. 3. Food - One of the best restaurants I visited in Bali. Many restaurants I visited had this specific combination of spices which I kinda did not like, however here, since it's managed by Europeans, they kinda understand our EU or American needs. If you're Czech, you'll appriciate the czech foods like Utopenec or Bramborak, I don't think there is a place in Bali where you can find something like this. 4. Management - The manager Luba and his... wife/girlfriend were absolutely amazing, we had a great talk in the evening over a beer about Bali, they answered all our questions about Bali, their culture, religion etc. and they even gave me a cake for my birthday. 5.

It was clean, well-equipped, no bugs, no lizards no insects on the property at all. You can tell they care so much and clean the property regularly. I book a bed in the dormitory, and it was really comfortable, you have space, the bes was really comfortable, they cool down the room before I arrived which was a pleasure after the long trip. The dormitory room was quite huge, and around the balcony there were a lot of comfortable cahir and sofa. The communicaton is exceptional, the staff is really helpful, kind, welcoming and flexible. You can tell, it’s really important to them that you feel good there, and open dor any communication before, on, and agter the booking. This is ehat I call customer care! The pool was clean, amd the whole place has this cosy welcoming atmosphere. If I return to Tulamben this is the only place I want to stay! 100% recommended! Terima kasih🙏🏾
