This is such a beautiful and unique place to stay! Wake up to see the sun rising over the backwaters. The owner and staff are so kind, friendly and helpful. I came with 6 of my Yoga students as part of a tour of Kerala and everyone loved it here. They also cooked dinner and breakfast for us which was so delicious! You could taste the love in the food. The owner Shanavas helped me book a houseboat months in advance which turned out great! I highly recommend this quiet and tranquil place!

Beautiful and wellmaintained houseboat - elegant and simple interior. Service onboard was impeccable and the freshly prepared meals were all delicious. From the grilled spotted tailfish to the banana-curry, tasty salads and chilimarinated kingprawns to the freshly squeezed pineapple juice we had for breakfast along with our perfectly cooked masala-omellettes, ricenoodles and coconut vegetables plus lots of fresh fruit. The smiling and discrere staff made us feel at home from the moment we entered the boat and one of them told us some interesting facts about the backwaters. The scenery at Aleppey backwaters is out of this world and getting to take it all in onboard a small private houseboat driven by a very professional team was a once in a lifetime experience for me and my parents.

Food was exceptional - not only the Indian cuisine but the international dishes too. Staff were very friendly and great with our young kids. Everything was very clean including the pool. Gorgeous views. Had spa treatment too which was very relaxing. Kids playground was great for our kids ages (5, 8) as it wasn't too babyish.
