The jacuzzi with the great view on our own porch was awesome. The location is secluded in between olive and wine fields. The staff was very nice and allowed us to switch our bungalow to a one with a better view. We were there in October and were alone.

The owner was very nice, helpful and friendly. He met us before old city in order to help us find the correct address. Location was wonderful, you will be in historical center and it is impossible to find appartment more in center than this one. Appartment was not big, but very and very nice. All details are considered, we had everything what we need inside, including tea, coffee, chocolate, biscotti, jam etc.The owner pays big attention to make the holidays of guests more comfortable. All rooms are stylized in different styles according to its names and look very nice. I can strongly recommend this accommodation.

He was always prompt and kind whenever we had questions, making us feel truly welcomed. The highlight, we were all attracted to the stunning balcony garden– an Instagram paradise with charming views and cozy seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening wine! The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-equipped (full kitchen, strong Wi-Fi, ample storage), and ideal for families or friends on a road trip. Its location offered easy access to Arezzo’s historic center while serving as a peaceful base to discover nearby towns. We especially appreciated the tranquility– nights were so quiet we slept deeply after days of adventure. Honestly, our only regret was that we didn't set aside more time for visiting there due to planned itinerary; we’d have loved to linger longer in this gem!

The hotel has a large parking lot. It is about 20 minutes to the train station or to the center, or you can get there by bus, the stop is close to the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is fine, I would welcome yogurt. The staff is helpful and nice. The hotel equipment is sufficient, I appreciate the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room.

Nice host, amazing view from the terrace, we also got a little snack when we arrived with cold water. The bed was really comfortable, and it was perfectly clean. There is free parking space in front of the house. There is AC in the flat.
