The location is about 25 minutes walk from the old part of town (eg the kasbah area). The apartment was very spacious, and completely modernized. The shower was great, although the water temperature was low and needs to be raised. Free parking on the street outside (or they can arrange pay paarking). Vincenzo and Giulia was very welcoming and efficient with our checkin, and providing helpful tips and maps. It is on a busy street so despite good soundproofing, you'll likely need ear plugs.

The man who welcomed us was awesome! He was kind and attentive to each and every detail for our stay to be comfortable. The rooms were big with good equipment (but few knives, for some reason). Breakfast was good, with some pastries made by his wife.

Coming to Brunelli residence was like coming home to see your family. We've been greatly taken care of, the morning started with amazing breakfast (make sure you try mascarpone raviolli) and even more amazing coffee. If you get your own food during the day, no problem to heat it up in the microwave, use plates and cutlery available and eat it in the outside living room next to the pool. Piero (the owner) is super helpful, even he doesn't speak english much, no problem to use translator or you can learn a bit of italian :) swimming pool was clean, we were given some pool toys for my daughter. Piero also helped us to arrange taxi from the airport. He personally rode us around the town and showed us where to eat and some interesting places to see. I wish every accomodation (and owner) is like this :) beach is 300m close, all ok, however in the middle of June they were only preparing for the season (cleaning the beach, so a bit noisy).

Everything was perfect! The whole hotel/property is secure and save. You get a key card that open the main doors of the property, door of the hotel and your room. The whole hotel looks like new and very beautiful. It is like you see it on the pictures. Room was also perfect. Bed and pillows was very good quality. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices to eat. The host was very nice and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the stay!
