We spent one night in this beautiful villa and were absolutely thrilled! From the warm welcome by Antonietta to the charming atmosphere, everything was perfect. You can really see how much love and effort went into restoring this historic villa – it’s truly a gem! The breakfast was incredibly delicious and carefully prepared, the perfect start to the day. The location is also ideal as a starting point for hikes in the surrounding area. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this place!

Everything was wonderful – the house is bright, clean, with a stunning mountain view. We truly enjoyed the peace and quiet, accompanied by the gentle sound of birdsong. The beds were very comfortable, so we rested well. The narrow entrance to the parking space was a bit challenging, but the public parking nearby was very convenient.

The most exceptional view from the breakfast and the best pastries I had on my entire trip through Italy. Located right on a popular promenade with lots of beautiful sights. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The whole stay was extremely good value for money.

Great place to stay. Lovely room and large communal lounge, dining area and outdoor areas with wonderful views. I was a bit concerned about how far it might be from the train station, but this was no issue, a short and really beautiful stroll through the town and to my accom. The Sant'Anna stairs up to La Conchiglia were quite brutal with bags in the heat, take the road up a bit further to the next short climb of stairs, this was easy going, and views all the way. Host was excellent, nice bloke and really helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice breakfast on a small leafy terrace with a lovely view. Our room also had a lovely view with a shared terrace . Air con in our room which was beautifully appointed with an enormous bed . Private parking in a secure garage.Lovely terraced Gardens . Spotlessly clean . Restaurant had great food. Helpful and friendly staff.
